Start: defines when a process can start.
Participants: defines who should be invited or selected.

Setup Modules

Setup modules seed activation defaults and are not participant-facing runtime steps.

Discussion: small-group or meeting discussion.
Grouping: forms rooms for the next discussion.
Prompt: shows a question or framing text.
Form: collects structured responses.
Notes: displays context or instructions.
Record: captures a spoken contribution.
In-person table: creates physical table recorder workflows.
Pause/Break: adds reflection or rest time.
Embed/Harmonica/partner modules: integration or placeholder blocks depending on deployment.

The builder checks that the template is coherent. For example, Grouping should be followed by a Discussion module.
