Meetings are the core conversation unit. They can be scheduled, started instantly, run online, or support in-person table capture.

Meeting Sources

Meetings can be created directly, from community-space defaults, from in-person table flows, or as part of larger process templates.

  1. Create a test meeting.
  2. Confirm provider and recording behavior.
  3. Explain recording/transcription notices to participants.
  4. Review generated summaries before publication.
  5. Keep raw artifacts private unless there is a clear policy for sharing.
