Modular Builder

The modular builder creates reusable process templates from connected modules.

Templates describe the structure of a process. Activating a template creates a specific flow or meeting setup.

Builder Model

  • Modules are arranged as a single connected chain.
  • Setup modules configure activation defaults.
  • Runtime modules define participant-facing steps.
  • Templates can be reused by organizers across community spaces.

Save Safety

Saved templates should load from server state, not stale local browser drafts. If the template changed on the server while you were editing, the save can be rejected to avoid overwriting newer changes.

  1. Start from a small chain.
  2. Add setup modules only when needed.
  3. Use Grouping before Discussion when room formation matters.
  4. Compile/validate before use.
  5. Run a test flow before inviting participants.
