Activating Templates

Activating a template creates a specific instance with runtime settings.

Activation Settings

You can usually configure:

• title and description;
• start time;
• timezone;
• community space;
• participants;
• admission mode;
• capacity and approval settings.

What Carries Over

Runtime modules carry over as process logic. Setup modules seed default activation fields.

What Does Not Happen

Changing activation settings should not overwrite the saved template. Template changes happen in the template workspace.
