In-Person Meetings

In-person meetings support table-based recording workflows. They are useful for assemblies, workshops, and local events where facilitators record physical discussions.

Typical Flow

  1. Create an in-person meeting.
  2. Configure table/facilitator setup.
  3. Start recording from the capture interface.
  4. Finish recording and upload/finalize audio.
  5. Recover or import transcript artifacts if needed.
  6. Review summaries and public updates.

Privacy

Recording in-person discussion requires clear participant notice and consent policy. Explain:

  • what is recorded;
  • how it is transcribed;
  • who can access the transcript;
  • what may be summarized publicly;
  • retention policy.

Recovery

Admin recovery tools can locate finalized audio and re-import transcripts when a capture flow was interrupted.
