In-Person Meetings
In-person meetings support table-based recording workflows. They are useful for assemblies, workshops, and local events where facilitators record physical discussions.
Typical Flow
- Create an in-person meeting.
- Configure table/facilitator setup.
- Start recording from the capture interface.
- Finish recording and upload/finalize audio.
- Recover or import transcript artifacts if needed.
- Review summaries and public updates.
Privacy
Recording in-person discussion requires clear participant notice and consent policy. Explain:
- what is recorded;
- how it is transcribed;
- who can access the transcript;
- what may be summarized publicly;
- retention policy.
Recovery
Admin recovery tools can locate finalized audio and re-import transcripts when a capture flow was interrupted.
