Access Control
Keep admin access limited. Most community work should happen through community-space roles and invitations rather than broad platform administration.
Operational Safety
Before running destructive or migration operations:
- Create a backup.
- Confirm which database or volume will be changed.
- Check current container health.
- Apply the smallest possible change.
- Verify after the operation.
